Its been a long time comrades since i last blogged. SEriously, its time we liverpudlians stop being fooled by the media. Rafael benitez is a brilliant manager. I think its very unfair to call for Rafa's sacking now. It wouldnt help now if we sack Rafa. He is loyal to the club and its fans. He wants to bring the club back to its glorious days. We may have had a bad season, but fellow liverpudlians its time we stop being such spoilt kids. WE should realise that the only man to lead Liverpool to the Premiership is gonna be our one and only great manager Senior Rafael Benitez. Here are some facts of our great manager.
Benítez was a high-achiever in his first season as he guided Liverpool to victory in the UEFA Champions League, the highest honour in European club football.
In the following season he won the FA Cup
If you play in the final, it's for winning, not for losing [on the Champions League final 2005] - Rafael Benitez
To work hard and have our supporters behind us and believing until the end, you run a little bit more. - Rafael Benitez
He made us from a Uefa cup team to a Champions league team and reached the 2007 Champions League Final again after 2 years.
I am sure Chelsea do not like playing Liverpool. When they are talking and talking and talking before the game it means they are worried. Maybe they're afraid. - Rafael Benitez
Before, I said that they were maybe the best supporters in England. Now maybe they are the best supporters in Europe. - Rafael benitez
Chelsea were unbeaten at home for almost 5 seasons. The team to break their record was Rafael Benitez's Liverpool.
Although United were still four points in front once the final whistle had blown, it was a defeat that could’ve severely tripped up their title sprint. Liverpool could gain confidence from a myriad of factors: Rafa had secured his first win at Old Trafford, they’d stopped United breaking their own record of 11 successive league victories, Vidic was made to look like something out of a U9s reserve team and Wayne Rooney was made to look like a bit of a knob, days after previously expressing his hate for the Scousers. All of this wrapped up in an impressive, emphatic comeback package. Another Fantastic achievement for Rafael Benitez. Liverpool have not inflicted such a heavy defeat against man united for almost a 100 years.
I trust RAFA!
You'll never walk alone*
